Fresh Start Cleaning is a locally owned and operated cleaning company based in Hendersonville, Tennessee. We provide residential, commercial, and construction cleaning services throughout Hendersonville, Nashville, and surrounding areas in Middle Tennessee.

Services and Scheduling

All cleaning services are subject to availability. We confirm scheduling, scope, and pricing before each appointment. Quoted prices are based on the information you provide about your property — actual pricing may adjust if conditions differ significantly from what was described at booking.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at our discretion, including situations involving unsafe conditions, pest infestations, hoarding, or hazardous materials.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Specific cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

Access and Entry

You are responsible for providing safe, clear access to the areas to be cleaned. If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time due to lockouts, incorrect codes, or other access issues, a trip charge may apply. Any access instructions, keys, or codes you provide are handled with care and used solely for the purpose of your scheduled service.

Your Property

We take reasonable care with your property during cleaning. If damage occurs as a direct result of our work, notify us within 24 hours so we can assess and address it. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, items left in cleaning areas, or damage to items that are improperly secured.

Please secure valuables, fragile items, and important documents before our arrival. We are not liable for items left on surfaces being cleaned.

Supplies and Equipment

We bring our own cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed. If you require specific products (green, fragrance-free, or other specialty products), let us know at booking. We are not responsible for reactions to standard EPA-registered cleaning products used during service.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept standard payment methods as communicated at booking. Outstanding balances may incur late fees and may result in service suspension.

Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the specific areas of concern at no additional charge.

Limitation of Liability

Fresh Start Cleaning’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
